Abstract:
This report to the LHC Board of Scientific Councelors presents a brief statement of project objectives and significance, and an overall description of the Publisher Data Review (PDR) system. Then we describe the input and output subsystems of PDR and the algorithmic research and design that underlies the automated functions of PDR.
