Lee Mericle has been at NLM since June of 1998 and has concentrated on object-oriented database technology and search strategies since she started at NLM.

Prior to joining the NLM project, Ms. Mericle worked for a high-technology defense contractor, and before that for an association management firm. She holds an MS in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University, a BS in Computer Science from University College, University of Maryland, and a BA in English from Webster University.
