Diagnoses > 67,000 unique conditions captured mapped to a standardized code (e.g., SNOMED-CT).
Medications All biochemical substances administered to patients, prescriptions, over the counter, or administered via intravenous or intramuscular injections and mapped to standardized RxNorm codes.
Measurements > 400 laboratory test orders and results, anthropometrics (e.g., height, weight, and head circumference), and vitals (e.g., temperature and blood pressure measurements).
Procedures All procedures performed on a patient (>50,000 procedures captured) are recorded at each encounter and mapped to standardized codes (e.g., SNOMED-CT, ICD-9 procedures, ICD-10 procedures, CPT-4, and HCPCS codes)
Providers Information on healthcare professionals includes details about providers' specialties (~350 unique physician specialty types) and their health care institutional affiliations.
Visits Outpatient, inpatient, and Emergency Department visits including service dates, diagnoses, procedures, length of stay, discharge status, lab results, payer plan class (e.g., commercial, Medicaid/sCHIP), and plan type (e.g., HMO, PPO) for each visit.
